I normally don’t take the time to write recommendations but in this case the “ Floral connection “ (Lupe and Adriana) are the exception. I have used them on numerous occasions were I simply answer a few question, advise the person for the special occasion and they do the rest coming up with the most beautiful arrangements I could ever imagine. They have always been on time, on budget with 100% satisfaction! It is truly refreshing to deal with people that take pride in their work, fair and honest to deal with that possess a creative flare. Ordered and delivered the Lively & Luscious Vase Arrangement same day! Everyone who has visited the room has said how wonderful these flowers smell to my friend. Very satisfied as I ordered all the way from the East Coast!

They forgot to make my WEDDING BOUQUET. I can not explain how DISSAPOINTED, UPSET, and FRUSTRATED I am with them. I ordered this bouqet in early May and paid May 26th for pick up on July 19th. I called on my wedding day to see if my sister could pick it up, and they are scrambling in the background and asking me questions about the order. That is when I knew they did not make my bouqet. She tried to tell me that it was not the case but that they had a lot of orders today and wanted to be sure I get the correct order. But that was a lie. She then asked me to text a picture of the bouqet I wanted and began to send me a bunch of flowers in the shop for me to pick for a bouqet on the spot. Keep in mind, I am busy setting up for the wedding and finishing making my wedding cake. This was 5 hours before my wedding was to start. I did not have time for this, and with everything going on, I tried to pick what I could while in tears and let her know my main focus was getting the colors somewhat similar. I have already discussed when placing the order that I knew these are fake flowers but to order what they can that is somewhat close to it and I do not want a big bouqet so the detail on my d

The only thing was that I asked them to hand deliver it to the person that I sent it for, but instead, it was given to someone else. Unfortunately, they read the card, which was personal. But the flowers were beautifully made. I will definitely order again!!

First of all, Flower Connection is worth every penny🙌🫶. Adriana and their staff went above and beyond to take care of my order(while other top rated store in Chula Vista declined it). I live in NYC, but Flower Connection made sure everything goes smooth with my request(sent a mail and package, requested for specific chocolates). The flowers turned out to be beautiful and recipient liked them. I am genuinely thankful to each and everyone at Flower Connection for such an amazing customer service! 🙏
